4.3 Lost or Damaged Packages:

5.2 Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items such as prayer mats, home decorations, worn items, washed items, final sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part which includes only shipping the wrong item or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
